QUESTS, REWARDS AND CURRENCIES
Quest SQL export
Preserved quest data with exact rewards, source attribution and a guarded server importer.
For a filtered download, open Quests, choose your game mode and other filters, then select Convert to SQL beside Clear column filters. Every matching page is included. Zone and game mode filters can be combined; the converter uses the same zone selection as the result table.

Custom currency rewards are present
The mode-specific CoA view contains 13,344 quests with Rune of Ascension (item 375250) among 18,554 quest records. Quest 1, Kanrethad’s Quest, records 100 runes. These are preserved source claims, not a claim about every realm or an independently verified live game.
The old 99.37% stock overlap figure compared NPC quest-start/end relationships. It did not measure rewards, custom currencies, quest scripts or the proportion of vanilla files. The same quest ID can have different rewards in different modes.

Server import behavior
The SQL contains typed reward fields, complete source records, item identity evidence, and callable apply/rollback procedures. Load it into a disposable world copy using MySQL 8.4, with its worldserver stopped. Loading stages the data; an explicit dry-run/apply call selects one mode-specific source view.
The importer can correct existing quest rewards for fixed/choice items, money, max-level money, XP difficulty, honor, arena points and talent points. It checks quest/item names, source ambiguity, numeric bounds and conversion issues. It reports missing quest templates or currency items instead of inventing definitions. It never silently clamps a 100,000-unit reward into a 65,535-unit column.
Spells, titles, reputation and honor multipliers remain in the export; differences require core/DBC review before server application. Item currency rewards do not, by themselves, recreate currency vendors, account balances or scripted behavior. Rollback restores world reward definitions, not earned rewards or character progress.
Coverage and verification
- Full SQL successfully loaded into an isolated MySQL 8.4.9 database: all 146,518 quest records and 206,432 item reward slots retained.
- 43 automated converter/search checks and 12 MySQL integration checks passed, including 100,000-unit currency application, repeated application, refusals and guarded rollback.
- Browser downloads matched all 358 coa-alpha-filtered source records, including results beyond page one. Exact-ID plus mode filtering retained the Rune of Ascension reward. The complete browser export also matched all 146,518 records. Combined Elwynn Forest + conquest-of-azeroth filtering exported the exact 230-record set in the staged Zone catalog. Cancellation produces no partial download.
- 10,776 Exiles website records lack supported structured reward fields and are preserved as evidence. There are 10,820 retained conversion issues in total; no unsupported value is replaced with a guessed zero.
- Source-record counts include overlapping mode, locale and union views. This is a complete export of the pinned quest collection, not a claim to contain every quest ever released.
The full export pins catalog 7debfc084890 and data revision 83041e24605f. The search button uses the currently loaded catalog snapshot instead, so later published records can appear in a new filtered download.
